Design and Implementation of Experts Identity Authentication in Science and Technology Award Assessment System

The problem of identity authentication in the science and technology award assessment system is analyzed in the paper. A kind of improved identification scheme,the second calibration technique,is put forward and realized. Practice proves that the use of this new technology has greatly increased the security of the system.
