Relationships between State Feedbacks of Completely and Partially Observable Discrete Event Systems

This paper discusses the relationships between state feedbacks of the completely and partially observable discrete event systems (DES):the sets of permissive state feedbacks(PSF),the maximal PSF,etc. By it and redefining the observable predicate,it is easy to show that a predicate \%P\% can be synthesized if it is controllability and observability.Then,we transform the partially observable DES into a complete observable DES under a certain condition.
