Research on Quantum Logic Gates in Mesoscopic Circuits

The paper proposes a method for realizing basic quantum gates and quantum switches by using super lattice quantum wells in mesoscopic circuits and performs the concrete translation process of quantum bits in super lattice quantum wells.The oscillation and the tunneling of quantum barriers and wells are analyzed in detail.The exact premises of avoiding the tunneling effect are given.
