Designing an Adaptive Overload Control Mechanism for Dynamic Applications

In this paper,we present a session-based adaptive overload control mechanism,allowing up to the TCP connection establishment ,avoid system overload ,process the user's request timely,and better guarantee throughput and response time. Compared with the existing mechanism,the mechanism proposed in this paper exceed other mechanisms.
