A distributing files system based on broadcast encryption method

In this paper the previously proposed broadcast encryption method has been improved.It applies the master key technique to subset difference method(SD) and proposes one new approach.The improved method is as security as SD and reduces the number of keys users need to store.Because the improved method is layered,It also raises a system that can distribute files in a security way and manage the users conveniently.
