The Use of Network in Scientific and Technological Periodical Lay-Out

The rapid development of network,especially internet technology,provide new development space and the strong technological support for the modernization of scientific and technological periodical lay-out methods.The traditional methods can′t meet the needs of new situation any longer.It is a new problem for every scientific and technological peroiodical editor to speed up the modernization process of lay-out methods,make full use of network to commission authors to write on given topics,examine revise,edit,polish,print even publish these articles.
