A Information System of Educational Administration is developed to fulfill the target of software college education on the base of its own character,which has merge the technology of client/server and browser/server.The system has a high efficient mechanism of transaction progressing effectively and a pattern of information management roundly.Using OOA,it showed its own feature in the designing of structure and database.
