It is important to exactly,effectively and quickly acquire the land use information from remote sensing images and built the cartographic database system of land use.Human-machine interactive interpreting by using remote sensing is the method of cooperating computer with human and doing remote sensing analysis together.It will be more exactly and effectively interpreting,because the method fully combines the advantages of the computer and human.This paper carried out the human-machine interactive interpreting by using remote sensing with the help of MAPGIS software,and do some research on its process and main characteristics.
