Aloe Water Extract of the Impurity Concentration

In this paper,we use membrane separation technology for removing impurity water extract of aloe,and concentrating in order to enhance the purity of aloe polysaccharides.The experiment compared of the microfiltration membrane 20K to 10K and micro-impurity effect,choosing a more suitable micro-filtration membrane 20K: enable the transmission of aloe polysaccharides as high as 97.6 %,impurity retention rate of 17.8 %;compared nanofiltration membrane MWC and nanofiltration GMC enrichment effect,choosing a more suitable nanofiltration MWC: aloe polysaccharide retention rate of 98.3 %,concentrated solution of aloe polysaccharide purity of 73.6 %.
