Application of ISP technology in position measurement

In this paper an application of digital phase-locked loops in position measurement is presented and a digital phase-locked loop circuit, which adopts lattice corporation′s in-system programmable chip used as position measurement device′s core was also introduced. The circuit has the advantage of high reliability, low costs and high-integration.
