Visualization of multi-beam bathymetric data based on GDI+

An effective way to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data processing is multi-beam bathymetric data visualization.For the intensity and large amount of multi-beam sounding data,this paper discussed the basic process and key steps of multi-beam sounding data processing and visualization based on GDI+,gave some useful coordinate transformation models and proposed a new drawing mode based on image to achieve a multi-beam bathymetric data for drawing and refreshing.This mode was proofed to improve the rendering and refresh rates to meet the requirements on bathymetric data visualization.
