SwitchedCurrent Circuit and Analysis of Error

The SwitchedCurrent(SI) technology is a new sampled data technology which will replace the SwitchedCapacitor(SC) technology.This paper introduces the conception and advantages of switchedcurrent technology firstly,and then an analysis of errors in SImemory cell,such as mismatch,transmission errors,noise and chargeinjection errors are given.At last,the resolvents which aimed at the errors mentioned above are provided.
