Research on customer relationship management system in the process of health examination

Based on current health examination service and the theory of customer relationship management, a systematical study on business process on health examination and client relationship were analyzed. A new health examination customer relationship mode based on genetic relationship and career relationship was designed. Customer relationship management system was researched and developed. It was proved the new mode could improve hospital customer relationship management.
