The Achievement of Vector Product Format Feature Relationship Model

At present,there are lots of data formats of digital nautical charts which causes problem at data reusability and updating.To solve these problems,this paper suggests a data format used by the department of defense of the USA,vector product format,and does a in-depth research on its theoretical model and feature relationship model.Finally,this paper provides a system which can interpret the VPF data and display it.This will make it easy that converting VPF data to other nautical format.
