The launch of GPS IIF type satellite has been delayed long time since 2000 due to technical reasons.Now a GPS IIR20-(M) satellite,it also belongs to the one of the GPS modernization satellite series,is finally successfully launched in March 24,2009.The new GPS satellite has the ability to transmit LI,L2,L3 and L5 frequencies.This event is the milestone of the GPS modernization.
