Real Time Transportation of MPEG-4 Video

MPEG-4 is a new multimedia standard which employs coding methods based on objects amid models. In this paper, we simply summarize various new characters of MPEG-4, and then bring forward a few kinds of evaluating targets for real time transportation of MPEG-4 video. In the end, we introduce our solution scheme.
