A Fast Algorithm for Background Graphics Rotation

In the project Embroidering CAD' programmed by our laboratory, we have to do some small-angle rotation operation on lattice graphics. According to the property of the system, this paper advance a fast algorithm which can reduce the complexity and save the time of the system calculation greatly, so as to eliminate the disadvantage that the traditional Pixel Linear Interpolate Algorithm spend too much time and calculation.
