Improved design of FAT file system in NAND flash memory

FAT file system is not suitable for NAND flash memory.Accorinding to the characteristic of NAND flash,by removing file allocation tables and recording the erase time for each cluster,The novel design have achieved wear leveling efficiently and extended the life of NAND Flash memory.
