Application Scheme of Data Spliting Technique in E-Government

Today E-government is being set store by governments increasingly. The technology have developed promptly in the same time. Access control is one of safety problems in network, and is the keystone in investigation of E-government. RBAC(role-based access control) is the most abroad plan in manifold plans. This paper introduced model of RBAC and fundamental of data spliting technique. Based on it, this paper brought forward a new idea of access control that combined data spliting technique with RBAC, and used it in system of E-office.
