The Liability of Campus Network Due to Hyperlink

The campus network is different from other commercial networks due to its public welfare nature.Nevertheless,improper hyperlinks of the campus network may as well lead to serious tort consequences.This paper,based on the technical perspective of hyperlinks,is a classified study of possible tort issues caused by the college campus networks,and it proposes several measures to avoid those tort behaviors.
