Research on Schemes for Scheduling Video Stream

Scheme for scheduling video stream is one of the key techniques for using I/O bandwidth and network bandwidth effectively. This paper studies several scheduling techniques and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, then proposes a new patching-based scheme which can support zero- delay VCR replay. Simulation verifies its performances well in user delay and bandwidth use.
