EBSCO foreign language database is the world's largest multi-disciplinary academic journals and the full text of a comprehensive database of full-text database of commercial resources.In this paper,taking EBSCO database as an example,the author analyses the introduction of the foreign language database,as well as the reasons for its low use,and gives countermeasures to improve the utilization rate of foreign language periodicals database.
