In industrial production now,real-time data from DCS and analytical data from the lab can't integrate availably,so these causes the waste on data and investment.The data integration platform described by this paper gathers the data from DCS and laboratory to build models which can guide users to adjust the operating parameters of fractionation system in hydrotreating unit,and improve the yield and quality of final production.This system has been proved to be an effective.
