The insulation supervising manage system based on ASP.net technology is designed and developed,it can manage the fault.The electrical equipment fault can be upload,statisticed and analysed.The virtual hospital for electrical equipment is set up,the electrical equipment fault also can be diagnosed with the virtual hospital for electrical equipment.The insulation supervising manage system mainly serve decision-maker and technician from the operation and production department.
