Strategy decision simulation and meta-synthetic seminar circumstance”, is a creation of strategy decision-making problem discussion circumstance based on the service mechanism on demand(XOD) with the main features of metathesis, distributed, openness. It is also a new kind of strategy decision-making support system based on strategic simulation. Simulation of crisis decision-making is one of the most important application fields in it. Combining the characteristics of“Strategy decision simulation and meta-synthetic seminar circumstance”, this paper study the third party agent in crisis based on multi-agent technique by analyzing the generic course of crisis decision-making of the third-side in crisis.
