The paper discusses on the problem of the analysis of the water environment monitoring information,based on the SOA framework and software integration method,makes the analysis methods standardization and web service,evaluate and analysis the water environment quality status,trend and reason accurately,objectively,scientific,and makes sure that the monitoring data of every monitor organization under consistent evaluation of the technical specification.
