The execution and exploration on enterprise's ERP project

Based on the brief introduction to the main function and structure of ERP system,and combined with Shanghai Electric Power Company's ~()experience about the execution of the ERP project,this article stresses that in enterprise the following aspects are the key factors to a successful execution of the ERP project,which are the participation of the whole staff,reengineering of the work-flow,executing of the project section by section,emphasizing the assessment of the project benefits,well training and so on.
