Windows CE and Its Developing Toolkit

This paper introduces the technical properties of Windows CE,analyses its applied circumstance,and describes the difference between H/PC and P/PC. Based on Visual C++.this paper also introduces the developing toolkit and the developing platform for Windows CE Chinese edition, which is named Orion,and discusses how to install them.Finally,it presents some solutions to the problems in developing.
