The Research of Legal Regulation Of Internet Information Deletion :Take Reputation Website's Unlawful Business Operation As a Case Study

In recent years,some websites have been engaged in the activity of deleting posts from the for illegal profit-making by using Internet Public Opinion.This belongs to the tort,which is also illegal.Faced with these problems,this paper takes the case IWOM as an example to analyze the manifestation,torts and the illegality of posts deletion from the internet and offer advice to the laws and regulations of posts deletion from the internet.
