On quality improvement of scientific research process

Based on the related study of scientific research and scientific research quality,the essence of scientific research and the conception and the notation of scientific research quality are discussed,then a model of the quality realizing processes and the variables of scientific research quality is designed.Moreover,the objective and several principia of quality improvement on scientific research are brought forward.Finally,several strategies of quality improvement on scientific research process are explored in the paper.
