Application of enterprise resources planning to thermal power plants

Based on the current situation in electrical power markets at home and abroad, and combining the core concept of enterprise resources planning (ERP), the necessity of application of ERP to power industry is analyzed. Then the framework of the system, the structure of the functional module and detailed application steps are researched. Finally, the key factors that should be considered are summarized.
