Analysis on Problems of Crime of Bribery by Using Influence

There are several application problems for crime of bribery by using influence both in theory and in practice.It is better to adopt civil-law standard to define the close relative in this crime.The concept of close relatives is a uniting concept of quality and quantity.The word relative represents the quality and the word close represents the quantity.The national public servants who use the influence of private relations rather than the influence of relations of power to influence other national public servants constitute this crime rather than mediate bribery crime.The standard of accomplishment of this crime should not be restrictively interpreted.We should distinguish correctly this crime and the accomplice of bribery crime.
