Discussion on Purifying the Networks for Building the Harmonious Society

Network is an organic part of the harmonious society and it is a biconditional sword.The kickback of networks is damaging the harmonious society.We should safeguard the network security and purify the networks from the view of building the harmonious society.At the same time,we should stick to manage the networks according to law and accelerate the development of network technology for forming a serial of synthetical countermeasures.
