Lemma of Farkas and its application to Economics

Lemma of Farkas is a famous theory in mathematics.It has some important effect in optimal policy and economics.There are many methods to prove it.The article gives a kind of method by a theory of seperated convex set in functional analysis;at the same time,the article also explains its application in economics by some examples.
