The Perfecting of Criminal Law of Computer Crime

By analyzing fundamental conception,this essay distinguishes the crime of computer from the crime of network.And it redefines the crime of computer based on the reorgnization of theories and arguments about the crime of computer at home and abroad.This essay analyzes the legislation about the crime of computer and proposes the adjusting range of the criminal legislation of computer crime and legislative form,deepens the ground discussion to such key problems as the charge establishment,(behavior,) penalty method of computer crime,etc.It expects to perfect and play a driving role to the criminal law of the computer crime.
