Because more and more computer crimes have threatened our national politics, economy and military. We should value computer crimes very much. At present, there are a lot of weak segments in the control of computer crimes. So it is getting more and more necessary and important to build a system of computer safe law: at first, according to new situation and new problem, we should revise and improve old laws on time in order to meet net action’s needs which should be adjusted and standardized. We should make good use of lawful ways to prevent and strike computer crimes effectively. Thus computers can serve mankind perfectly.
