By way of consulting documents,seeking advice from experts,learning from the existing experience in assessment of teaching,and using fuzzy mathematical theory and statistics, this paper establishes the quality-assessing norm system and method system of P. E. experiment teaching. It has practical significance in enforcing the management and promoting the quality of experiment teaching.
