Study Micro-PCR Reaction System on Maize

Micro-PCR amplification system with the improvement of DNA extraction,PCR amplification system,electrophoresis detection on maize was constructed based on results of molecular marker technology of different crops,initially established the 5 μL reaction system on the basis of PCR detection.These systems could accelerate the process of molecular marker detection of important traits and decrease the cost of molecular marker technology in maize.
