Design of Water Resources Division Management System in China

There is lack of experiences for division of water resources management in China at present.Based on the necessity and principle of division of water resources management,the architecture framework of division of water resources management system is established.And then,the administrative organization,composition of staff,management regulations,process construction and the key supervision node are analyzed.Standardization construction ideas for division of water resources management are put forward,which has great practical significance to accelerate water resources regional planning work,administration and management in terms of the law and promote the sustainable utilization of water resources.
