Design of the Configuration Management Experiment Based on NETCONF

The SNMP standard network management protocol is congenitally deficient in configuration management, NETCONF,as a new generation of network management protocol,has strong configuration management function. In the view of new research of network management field and some limitations in the experimental teaching of network management course,a configuration management experiment based on NETCONF is designed. It is proved that the experiment has strong designability and comprehensibility,and it is suitable for teaching of senior undergraduates.
