Estimation and Optimization of Soft Soil Deformation Parameter Based on the Extended Bayes Method

Geotechnical parameter has large discreteness.Therefore,it is necessary to make an analysis of its probability statistics and made an estimation and optimization about it.Taking the deformation parameter-compression modulus of soft soil in local area as an example,this paper introduces χ2 check method about probability distribution fitting in the condition of getting large sample parameter,and sets it as the prior distribution,deals with small sample of specific engineering with the extended Bayes method,and then gets parameters of the posterior distribution.The results show that parameter of the posterior distribution is reasonable and effective,reaching the purpose of estimation and optimization.
