General secret sharing schemes based on one-way function

We introduce the concept of general secret sharing scheme, and give two general secret sharing schemes based on one-way functions. These two schemes have the following properties. Every participant holds only one subsecret. And everyone抯 subsecret need not be changed when some authorized subsets are changed.
