Intrusion Detection Method Based on Association Rules

Aiming at the limitation of apriori algorithm of association rules,the paper proposed the method that using hash structure to store option sets and reduce storage space.Through certain rules and properties,it omited some data to reduce the amount of scanning transactional data to improve the detection speed.By testing KDD CUP 1999 data set,it demonstrated the effectiveness of the algorithm.
