Development of MIS of Department Files

Taking the document files of general government institution and other organization as objects, a management information system of department files is developed. The document labeling and keywords indexing are discussed, and the dynamic management threshold model of keywords list, the automatic indexing model of keywords and the aggregative calculation model of document labeling are built up, which make the MIS system more scientific and logical, and its function mature.
