A Research on the Lawful Problems of Internet Temporary Duplication

Temporary duplication appearing considerably in process of internet transmission and computer operation exerts a profound influence on duplication right of copyright owners.As a result,when improving the Protection Ordinance of Information Networks Dissemination Rights,the legislative body should first dictate legal measures for technical temporary duplication and non-technical temporary duplication,secondly definitude legal distinction standards between technical temporary duplication and non-technical temporary duplication in form of definition,on basis of analyzing lawful nature of temporary duplication.This legislative approach helps achieve balance of interest mechanism between copyright owners and public in cyberspace.
