Design of a Target Monitoring System Based on 3G and DGPS
Qi Li · Telecommunication Engineering · 2008
A monitoring system based on DGPS(differential global positioning system) and 3G(3rd generation)is designed, and the main function of the system is explained. The principles of DGPS,hardware and software design of terminal,3G communication data transmission, the control algrithm of video frequency streaming, and processing of GPS OEM data are discussed in detail. The system solves the imprecise of GPS positioning and information transmitting bottleneck problem existing in the systems, and implements the monitoring of video frequency.
