A Research on Model of Nuclear Culture Popularization Communication

Nuclear culture is the soul and spiritual dynamic.and the base and important strength to develop nuclear power.Improving awareness of nuclear development of the people,that is,nuclear culture popularization,is a complicated and difficult task during the nuclear culture construction.According to the characteristics of nuclear culture,this paper puts forward Subjects-Ways-Contents(SWC)communication model.The communication subjectinclude the following four:society,government,industry and enterprise,and the communication way include the media the government domination,the industry advance and the education popularization.The communication contents have especially the nuclear power superiority,the nuclear power technology,the nuclear power safety and the nuclear power knowledge.In order to improve the awareness of nuclear development of the people and create good culture atmosphere for the nuclear power development,the construction of SWC model is necessary..
