Dialectical Relations between Modern Technology and Criminal Investigation Capabilities

The definition of has two aspects: the whole investigation ability of macro aspect;the investigation ability of investigator of micro aspect.There are dialectic relations between modern technology and the criminal investigation capabilities,and they affect each other: the modern technology can improve the criminal investigation capabilities,including direct and indirect improvement.And the improvement can make a counteractive react to modern technology,namely the need to improve the criminal investigation capabilities is one kind of drive to modern technology,and the improvement reflects the reality of value of modern technology.
