As the reliability of equipment software plays an important role in the efficacy elaboration of weapon and equipment systems in the future war,it's significative to make a study on the reliability of equipment software.From the software quality model,combining with its feature,this article analyses the factors which affect the reliability of equipment software,advances a method to evaluate the reliability based on fuzzy comprehensive judgment,gives an example in the end.
