The Establishment and Application Researching on Web-UE Model Base on User Experience

User experience has important application value in improving products and services. Based on the existing research results of UE model and combined with the feature of web application user experience, supplements are made for the user experience honeycomb model. Take value as its core,the newly-built UE model contains eight main features and twenty-three sub-features. The eight main features includes: usability, findability,accessibility, availability, reliability, desirability, interaction and intelligence. The UE model provides theoretical reference for the solution of problem concerning user experience in the web application. Meanwhile,the study shows that the UE model is of high value in the use and investigation of web application.
